The highlight of the time in Florida was being able to attend my niece Caitlin’s graduation.
While I was there Dick, my father-in-law, had surgery on his knee to repair a torn meniscus. Scheduled for the morning, the surgery wasn’t performed until the afternoon, extending his overnight fast. This is the post-op sandwich.
